It’s illegal to touch an intimate part of another person for your own gratification or arousal without their permission.

This crime is wobbler, if convicted as a misdemeanor, the defendant will face 6 months or one year in county jail and $2000 in fines or $3000 if the victim was your employee, and a minimum 10 years requirement to register as a sex offender.

If convicted as a felony, the defendant will face 4 years in state prison and up to $10000 fine, and to register as a sex offender for lifetime.
