His successful negotiation got me an amazing plea bargain where the DA agreed to attorney Marcus’ diversion request. The DA agreed to dismiss the two counts, as they never occurred contingent on only enrolling in 12 hours of graffiti removal, give DNA sample, and pay restitution. I have been in the country for 30 years without any legal documents except the DACA status. I got married and my attorney, Anthony Marcus petitioned for me through my spouse. The application got approved, then, Mr. Marcus applied for my adjustment of status.
